A copy of provisional results with marks of Annual Examinations of 2009 held during November 2009 is sent herewith, the same may please be displayed in the Notice Board of your Institution for the information of the students.
Withheld result shall be got clarified from the Board on or before 22-03-2010 providing necessary documents.
Corrections if any in the provisional marks list / results should be intimated to the Board on or before 22.03.2010 with supporting documents. Final statement of marks will be sent after 29.03.2010.
All the grievances regarding the result should be clarified within 45 days from the date of announcement of results.
The candidates desires to apply for Retotaling they can do so on or before 19-03-2010 with a fee of Rs.200/- per paper.
The candidates desires to apply for Providing Xerox answer scripts they can do so on or before 19-03-2010 with a fee of Rs.300/- per paper.
The candidates desires to apply for Re-valuation they can do so on or before 03-04-2010 with a fee of Rs.1,500/- per paper.

Further, the Board has introduced the following systems with immediate effect:
- Providing Xerox answer scripts to the intending students at a non- refundable Fee of Rs. 300/- per paper.
- Re-valuation at a non-refundable fee of Rs. 1,500/- per paper.
Delivery of Diploma Certificates in person is discontinued. The Diploma Certificates herein after will be sent by Registered Post with Ack. Due at a fee of Rs. 250/- and Rs.350/- after the prescribed date. (Revised application form is enclosed for reference and followup. |
