 Supplementary Examination - 2008 |
EXAMINATION NOTIFICATION
The Supplementary Examinations for the First, Second and Final
year students of D.P.T Course, First, Second and Final year of Certificate
Courses and First & Second year Diploma in Para Medical Courses are likely
to be held from Last
week of May 2008 onwords. The Centres for examination and detailed Time Table both for Theory and Practical
Examinations will be furnished in due course. The Exam forms sent herewith.
Meanwhile you are hereby directed to:
1. Submit the list of the candidates
appearing for the Supplementary Examination - 2008 to be held in May 2008. The list shall include the students
name (as entered in SSLC Marks Card) appearing for the first year and Final
year Diploma examination of Para Medical Courses and First, Second and Third
year Examinations of D.P.T. and Certificate Courses.
2. The Course and Year wise Consolidated
list of Candidates with Name, Register No. and concerned subject to be appeared
should be sent by the Institution duly signed by the Principal on or before 11-04-2008.
3. The list of Internal Assessment Marks
secured by the Fresh and repeaters (Candidates) in all subjects in the
prescribed proforma enclosed to this Notification
shall be submitted to the Board on or before 11-04-08 in triplicate with C.D. without fail. Late submission of internal marks will not be accepted and results will be announced without
adding Internal Marks. Further, the detailed Theory Time Table may be collected on 03-05-2008.
4. The last date for payment of the
examination fee and to submit the examination forms without fine is 25-04-08 and with fine 30-04-08. Examination forms should be signed
by the Principal of respective College after duly verifying the same.
Examination Forms along with Examination Fee shall be submitted on or before 03-05-08 to the Board by the respective
college in person.
5. The colleges desirous of
having a Centre for Examination at their College/Institute premises should pay Rs. 20,000/- towards
Centre Fee only by D.D. on or before 30-04-08. However, grant of
center is left to the discretion of the Board. No new centre is granted for Supplementary
Examination.
6. The Principal of the concerned institution should intimate
the Centre of examination to the exam taking students without fail.
7. Physiotherapy theory examination will
be held only at
Bangalore
Medical
College
and RI,
Bangalore and
Mysore
Medical
College and RI,
Mysore
Centers. However, Practical Examinations
will be held only at Physiotherapy Dept. of Victoria Hospital,
K.R. Road, Fort, Bangalore-02 & DPT
Exam taking students should be informed accordingly.
